The SSPIII position under the general supervision of the department chair(s) serves in the role of the Clinical Placement Coordinator in the Departments of Secondary and Elementary Education. The role includes several related, but distinct areas that include student fieldwork placement, student teacher advising, intern teacher advising, university supervisor training and assignment, and school district liaison.
