| Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, the Application Support Manager provides strategic leadership for the reliable, efficient, and innovative delivery of applications that support Chico State’s administrative and business operations, including systems such as the ID card platform, Adobe Sign, the ticketing system, and other functional-area applications. The manager leads a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting, enhancing, and sustaining a diverse portfolio of university systems, ensuring that projects, implementations, upgrades, and integrations are delivered effectively and aligned with institutional priorities. This role builds strong partnerships across the Division of IT, with campus stakeholders, and with external vendors to advance strategic technology investments, promote continuous improvement, and enhance user satisfaction. The Application Support Manager fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence in support of the University’s mission and IT Strategic Plan.
