Marketing Coordination:
The Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with program and project managers to craft the organization's marketing strategy, guiding it from conceptualization to implementation. They assist in formulating budget proposals and securing funding for marketing endeavors. With a creative flair, they conceptualize marketing collateral such as flyers, social media posts, and digital communications, ensuring content aligns with audience expectations. By developing detailed audience profiles, they tailor targeted marketing campaigns to specific groups, effectively promoting events and enhancing the company's brand presence.
Event Coordination:
Coordinating all aspects of events such as venue selection, contract negotiation, and logistics management; developing comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets; promoting events through various channels and managing registration processes; serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners; collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution; and conducting post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events. Requires travel (estimated at 5-8 trips per year). |
