The minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a Ph.D. in Information Systems or Business Analytics from an AACSB-accredited program by August 2025. The successful candidate will be well-qualified to teach both undergraduate and graduate-level data/business Analytics courses, contribute to the development and enhancement of the Master of Science in Business Analytics program (MSBA) curriculum, teach other Information Systems courses as needed by the department, publish in high quality academic journals, and fulfill service obligation as appropriate. Research and teaching interests include, but are not limited to, the foundations of data analytics (e.g., deep neural networks, large language models, natural language processing), data-wrangling skills (e.g., programming languages such as Python, SQL DML), or programming libraries (e.g., Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch). |
