The Department of English and Comparative Literature at San Diego State University seeks a scholar of Black Atlantic/ Diasporic Literature and Culture for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level. We are open to relevant areas of specialization or secondary concentration that might include, but are not limited to, the literatures and languages of the Caribbean, post-colonial literature and theory, and the literatures of Atlantic-adjacent countries or regions.
