This position is critical to the university being that it is the only test proctoring position on campus supporting all students. There are no other departments that can provide this essential proctoring service. Additionally, this position collaborates with departments to support students in completing class placement assessments, such as the ALEKS Calculus Assessment, as well as other evaluations that contribute to student success. Without this position, the potential impact on student success may jeopardize the university's mission towards retention and graduation.
