Job Summary
Train the student cast in storytelling through dance.
Instruct dance technique (Musical Theatre Styles, Ballroom, Tap, etc.).
Teach the student stage management team and the student Assistant Choreographer about Musical Theatre dance notation to maintain choreography.
Create and instruct dance routines and movement for various musical numbers in the production.
Work with the creative team (Director, Music Director, and Designers) to support the story and vision of the piece.
- This role is expected to spend a generous amount of outside time preparing for rehearsal by creating and developing the choreography.

Education and Experience
Experience which has led to a thorough familiarity with accompanying choral groups and soloists (instrumental and vocal) or interpretive dances. Depending upon the position to be filled, experience in coaching performing artists may be required

Salary:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $22.29 - $24.52 per hour
Classification Range: $22.29 - $39.06 per hour
