    • Position Summary
    • Temporary hourly-intermittent Student Assistant positions in Athletics.

    • Start Date
    • Positions available on or after August 21, 2024, and ending on or before May 30, 2025. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.

    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Pregame setup and post-game cleanup
      • Game ticketing 
      • Game P.A. Announcer
      • Operate the digital scoreboard
      • Play approved music
      • Usher for seating and crowd management
      • Mop the court at indoor games
      • In charge of game day ball management
      • Run the outfield scoreboard at baseball
      • Special event setup & cleanup
      • Other duties as assigned

       

    • Qualifications
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Demonstrates the ability to provide excellent customer service.
      • Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
      • Demonstrates the ability to multi-task.
      • Demonstrates the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.

    • Salary Range
    • $16.00 per hour
